As someone who spent four years here for my undergrad degree, I knew already liked the Penn State experience. Spending one more year here is a natural progression for what I want to do. I chose this program because of the endless opportunities. The sense of community at Penn State is astounding, and the small cohort at Smeal promotes close-knit communities, along with a deeper sense of collaboration. Smeal emphasizes quality interactions over quantity.

Last year, I did the Penn State Smeal Master's in Organizational Leadership program because I lost my job and wasn't able to find another one at that time. This year, I am doing the Master's in Business Analytics program because I am passionate about data analytics. Additionally, I loved the experience of the MOL program and felt that two years of Grad School would help me stand out in the job market.

I chose to attend the Master's in Business Analytics program and stack this degree with my Penn State Master's in Management and Organizational Leadership degree because I would like to gain important analytical skills that are necessary for my career goals. Additionally, I had a great experience in the MOL program and the Smeal faculty is outstanding. So, pursuing the MBAN program at the Penn State Smeal College of Business seemed like the right fit for me.
